Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders

We use UPS as our preferred service to ship Parcel orders and various carriers for Freight shipments. You are always welcome to utilize your own shipper. To do so please select “Third Party Courier” as your shipping method and list your account details/ship instructions in the comments.

Typically, paid orders will ship within two business days (holidays excluded). Please note that we will not begin to prepare your order until payment is received. We reserve the right to take 3-7 business days to ship an order due to order volume and stock availability.

International Orders

We do not ship outside of the US. For all orders being shipped outside of the US we require you to arrange pick up, with your chosen carrier, from our facilities in Austin, TX. If you are utilizing a freight forwarding company you will still be responsible for arranging your own shipping.

Local Pick Up
